WrittenBid provides professional writing and consultancy services focused on healthcare tenders, procurement documents, and bid submissions. All services will be outlined in an agreed Scope of Work or Service Agreement prior to commencement.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and timely information necessary to complete the project.

  • Reviewing and approving drafts within agreed timelines.

  • Ensuring that submitted information does not breach confidentiality, data protection, or intellectual property laws.

3. Fees and Payment

  • All services are subject to a written quote or service agreement.

  • Payments must be made according to the terms set out in the invoice (usually within 14 or 30 days).

  • Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services.

4. Confidentiality

WrittenBid respects the confidentiality of all client information. We will not disclose any sensitive data to third parties without written consent, except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All written content produced remains the intellectual property of WrittenBid until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, clients are granted full rights to use, submit, or distribute the final deliverables for the intended purposes.

6. Revisions

  • We offer a set number of revisions (as stated in the proposal) to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Additional revisions outside of scope may incur further charges.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Projects may be cancelled by either party with written notice.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be calculated based on work completed up to the date of cancellation.

8. Limitation of Liability

WrittenBid shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to unsuccessful tenders, lost contracts, or reputational damage.

9. Compliance

We strive to maintain alignment with all relevant healthcare and procurement regulations, including NHS frameworks and CQC standards. However, ultimate responsibility for compliance rests with the client.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes in advance.

11. Governing Law
